Hello, The Savoy Tel Aviv Sea Side hotel is wonderfully centrally located. We did not book breakfast as we had breakfast either at a bar on the beach or at Carmel Market. We visited Jerusalem on a bus tour and 12 other tourists with "Get your Guide". We were picked up on time at a bus stop about 200 meters from the hotel, and then drove the approximately 100 kilometers to Jerusalem with our great guide Nadja. From the airport we had the company "Welcome pickups" pick us up. We told the driver our flight number via WhatsApp and he picked us up right at the exit of the airport, with a plaque and our name. Then he took us directly to the hotel in a modern car. The ride is more expensive than by cab, but very pleasant and comfortable. We paid about 90 euros. Further trips to Old Jaffa, museums or along the beach we did on foot. We did not go by bus. If you want to go by bus, you have to buy a bus card before hand out in a tobacco store. You can't buy tickets on the bus.
Good morning. Travelling in Israel works best by bus and train. There is a ticket to buy for this almost everywhere, it is called Ravkav and is valid throughout the country. I would go to Jerusalem or to the airport by bus, it takes approx. 50 minutes and costs 5 euros. There are stops everywhere, you just have to change trains at the main station. I hope my English is good enough. If there are still questions, just report normally
